Somebody loses. Somebody wins. College credit card marketing is an absolute zero sum game. When a credit card gets sold it either replaces an existing account or it precedes an account not yet opened. Either way, one bank’s loss is another bank’s win.

Checking the King. UCMS clients strategy includes locking out. Similar to how colleges used to foster competition between three top cola brands (and now most universities are exclusive to ONE), credit card marketing will similarly shift.
